Giveaway Terms and Conditions

Eligibility

Open to UK residents aged 18 years and over only. By entering, participants confirm they meet the eligibility criteria.

Promotion Period

This giveaway runs from 21.09.26 – 31.10.26. Entries received outside of this period will not be accepted. The Promoter reserves the right to extend or close the giveaway at any time.

How to Enter

To qualify, participants must purchase any Wild Thingz product on Ocado between 21.09.26 – 31.10.26. Participants must upload a valid proof of purchase (receipt) and complete the entry form with the required personal details. Only one entry per household for the duration of the giveaway. Incomplete entries will be disqualified.

The Offer

Participants must ensure the delivery address provided is accurate, Wild Thingz cannot be held responsible for non-delivery due to incorrect details. Participants will receive a selection of Wild Thingz sweets (min. 20 x 25g packets) sent to the address provided. The gift is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternative. To receive your gift in time for Halloween, entries must be submitted by 27 October 2026; entries received after this date may result in delivery after 31 October, latest dispatch date will be 4th Nov. Wild Thingz cannot be held responsible for delivery delays caused by third-party couriers.

Data Protection & Privacy

Personal data collected is mandatory to enter the "Halloween on Us" giveaway, including: name, delivery address, email address and phone number. Personal data will be stored via the Formspree platform and fulfilment data (delivery address, name and phone number) will be shared with courier partners solely for the purpose of processing and delivering the giveaway gift. Fulfilment data will be retained for 6 months after the giveaway ends. Email addresses used for marketing will be retained until the participant unsubscribes. By entering, participants consent to their email address being added to the Wild Thingz marketing database to receive brand updates, news and offers. Receipt images are used only to verify your entry. We automatically remove location and device information from JPG, PNG and WEBP images when you upload them; please avoid uploading HEIC or PDF files if you don't want this information shared as location data may not me removed. Receipt images and entry details are stored securely by our form provider, Formspree, and will be permanently deleted, including all copies, within one month of the promotion's closing date, except for winners' details, which we keep for [X months] for prize fulfilment. See our Privacy Policy for more on how we use your data and your rights. Participants have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of their data. Providing this consent is a condition of entry and receiving the gift.

Proof of Purchase

Participants must retain their original proof of purchase. Wild Thingz reserves the right to verify any entry and request original proof of purchase at any time. Fraudulent, duplicate or invalid entries will be disqualified.

General

Wild Thingz reserves the right to make changes to, pause, or end this giveaway if needed. We will always aim to notify participants where possible. This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by Ocado. These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England, Wales, Ireland & Scotland.
