Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using wildthingz.co.uk or placing an order with us. By using our website or purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Products

We make every effort to display our products, descriptions and packaging as accurately as possible, but slight variations in colour, packaging or recipe may occur from time to time. All products are subject to availability.

3. Allergen Information

Our products may contain or come into contact with common allergens, including but not limited to nuts, milk, soya and gluten, as a result of the ingredients used or shared manufacturing and packing facilities. Full ingredient and allergen information is provided on product packaging. Please check the packaging carefully before consuming, especially if you or someone you're purchasing for has a food allergy or intolerance. We are unable to guarantee that any product is completely free from traces of a particular allergen.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are shown in GBP and include VAT where applicable, unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors, even after an order has been placed, and will contact you before proceeding if this affects your order. Payment is taken securely at checkout via our payment provider.

5. Orders and Contract

When you place an order, we will send you an order confirmation email. This confirms we've received your order but does not mean we've accepted it. A contract between us is only formed once we dispatch your order. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, for example where a product is out of stock, there's a pricing error, or we suspect fraudulent activity.

6. Delivery

We aim to dispatch and deliver orders within the timescales shown at checkout, though these are estimates and not guaranteed. Risk in the products passes to you once they're delivered to the address provided. Please ensure your delivery details are accurate, as we cannot be held responsible for non-delivery caused by incorrect address information.

7. Your Right to Cancel

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you generally have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. Given the perishable and food-safety nature of our products, this right to cancel does not apply once a product has been unsealed or opened, unless the product is faulty. To cancel an unopened order within the cooling-off period, contact us at hello@wildthingz.co.uk.

8. Returns and Refunds

If a product arrives faulty, damaged or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@wildthingz.co.uk with your order details and, where possible, a photo of the issue. In line with the Consumer Rights Act 2015, we will offer a replacement, refund or other appropriate remedy.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including the Wild Thingz name, logo, branding, product designs and site content, is the property of Just Wholefoods Ltd and may not be used, copied or reproduced without our prior written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of our website or products. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded under English law.

11. Events Outside Our Control

We will not be liable for any delay or failure to perform our obligations where this is caused by events outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to adverse weather, courier delays, or supply chain disruption.

12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
